CanTone is grateful to collaborate with MTR Corporation’s “EmpowerZ” Youth Placement Pilot Programme to deliver a tailored Vocational Cantonese Course for non-Chinese speaking adult participants.💼📖
The course focuses on practical, real-life workplace and office scenarios, equipping learners with the Cantonese communication skills they need to integrate smoothly into the work environment and truly foster workplace inclusion.
Recognising the talents and strengths of people from diverse backgrounds, MTR’s “EmpowerZ” Youth Placement Pilot Programme is specifically designed for individuals from ethnically diverse (i.e. non-Chinese) and/or have a disability (including special education needs). Through providing 1-year full-time work opportunity, the programme aims to enhance their professional competence and catalyze their career development.
