Open Tender: Development of Mobile Teaching & Learning App (With Authentication, Quiz, QR Code & Multilingual Support)

We are seeking quotations for the development of a cross-platform mobile application (iOS & Android) designed as a teaching and learning tool. Key features include user authentication (phone SMS & email/password), course materials with PDF viewing, QR code scanning for group joining and section unlocking, interactive quiz system (auto-graded + manual-graded with file upload), homework submission, user profiles, and multilingual support (English, Traditional Chinese, Hindi, Nepali).
